AD(H)D Attention training

In recent years, more and more people have been talking about a rampant increase in attention deficit disorders. Even if not all people with impaired attention have AD(H)D, it seems clear that many have difficulty focussing on something that may not interest them too much for a longer period of time. This applies to many school subjects and to many pupils.

Aim of the training:
Playful training of the working memory

Working memory is central to attention: the more space the working memory has, the more we can keep track of and memorise! The brain will learn to adjust to concentration and attention in a profitable way!
