CrossFit Kids
CrossFit Kids is an exciting and fun way for kids to exercise and learn healthy lifestyle habits.
We’ve created an engaging and welcoming atmosphere to coach your kids in a way that keeps them interested and motivated. This is NOT just weightlifting for kids.
We will focus on good movement, having fun, teamwork and confidence building. With structured programming we are able to track progress and help each kid reach their body’s potential for controlled movement.
In each workout, your kids will learn and practice functional movements involving exercises that are fundamental to all things that kids need to do when they play.
They will pull, push, run, throw, climb, lift, and jump.
Our classes prepare young athletes to get the most out of their bodies by increasing strength, endurance, and flexibility, leading to increased productivity and decreased injury. CrossFit is also an ideal supplement to children who already play sports!
