My teaching philosophy is student-centered and built on creating a caring, professional environment where learners feel supported and challenged. I encourage inquiry and critical thinking, helping students connect business management and economic concepts to real-life situations so their learning becomes meaningful and practical. 

Through discussion, collaboration, and authentic case studies, I aim to empower students to take ownership of their learning and develop the confidence, curiosity, and analytical skills they need to thrive beyond the classroom.
