Book Club (language and literacy)

In the world of devices, many children rarely pick up a book to read. Yet reading is such an important skill that can be lost in today’s ever-changing world.

This club will focus on encouraging children’s love of reading. It will introduce children to books they may not have read before and give them a deeper understanding of emotions, encourage deep thinking, forming and expressing opinions and learning to respect the opinions of others. The focus will be on language and literacy skills to help the children improve their English.
