As an Early Childhood Educator, it is my joy and objective to instill a lifelong love of learning in children while helping them develop their skills both academically and personally. I believe that to help children progress, they must be provided with positive, engaging, and fun learning experiences within well maintained and effective behavior management systems where expectations are clear, and achievements are celebrated. I believe that building caring relationships with my students, where they feel seen and heard and important, creates a safe space for them in my classroom and gives them a sense of belonging.
