Go Team Go! I view teachers as captains on a sports team. A captain is there to find the strengths and weaknesses of each person and bring out the best in them. A captain is there to help guide and steer a team towards their most successful performance. A captain (like a teacher) is involved when needed and lets the team steer themselves through lessons when needed. A captain (like a teacher) is looked up to for guidance but also learns and seeks guidance from other captains.
