Education embarks on constant and consistent shifts of paradigms. We as teachers are responsible for keeping up to date with the most recent changes and models of education. As a result, it is our job as change agents to help our students develop, learn, and grow into self-assured and independent individuals who are ready to take on the challenges of our ever-changing society. Each student has the right to feel respected, noticed, appreciated, and accepted and it is our duty to help mold these values and morals into our next generation, so that we can build a foundation of inclusiveness that will help push our society forwards.
