A classroom should be student-centred with a fluid curriculum that is adaptable to students’ ideas and contributions and a place where every learner can achieve. Learning takes place when a student feels secure, prepared and motivated. Deeper learning occurs when a student is encouraged to show resilience, learn from positive and negative experiences, and is given the freedom to develop a growth mindset.

I believe

That the best teachers never stop learning. It is crucial to be open-minded and adaptable to individual needs, questions and ideas. A teacher should explore pathways and opportunities through a diverse global curriculum which prepares students for a future in an ever-changing world.
