I believe that learning is a lifelong process and that as a teacher, my role is to engage my students to learn and inspire their interest in mathematics.
Promoting inner motivation: Teacher as coach and mentor
True motivation comes from within, and it is my job to foster an environment that encourages self-motivation and self-directed learning. I also value the importance of mistakes and see them as opportunities for reflection and growth, rather than sources of embarrassment. As a teacher, I strive to be more than just an educator, but also a coach and a mentor, someone whom students can trust and look up to. I am committed to helping my students not only excel academically but also grow as individuals. I take great pleasure in seeing students surpass the expectation of others and reach for the sky, knowing that they have the potential to achieve anything they set their minds to.
