I create a learning environment in which students have the opportunity to work in a focussed and efficient manner. They should be challenged, but not overwhelmed. Personal responsibility and independence are important cornerstones of a pupil’s learning.

It is important to plan lessons carefully, as pupils should be given the time they need to learn the content.
A good learning atmosphere is a crucial aspect, as mutual respect between teachers and pupils is essential. The student should feel comfortable in class and recognise that the teacher shows genuine human interest in them and wants to help them progress in their learning process. Pupils should also be encouraged to motivate themselves.
The lesson is like a play, i.e. it should be variable. The teacher should have a repertoire of different methods.
